Shipping and Returns

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stellar Needlecraft is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its complete and original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  We do not accept returns on custom orders or items that are final sale. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at StellarNeedlecraft@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost Orders

In the event a package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, plus first contact the courier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) first to track the package.  Once an order is handed over to the courier, Stellar Needlecraft does not have any more information than you do.  If the package is truly lost, we will work with each customer on an individual basis for either replacement or refund.  If you would like to add extra insurance to a package, please contact us at StellarNeedlecraft@gmail.com within 24 hours of order placement for us to work out the details (this will include extra payment on the customers part).  We do not guarantee a refund or replacement on orders without insurance.  Thank you for understanding the cost small businesses incur for lost or damaged packages.
